What You Will Learn and Earn

This learnership provides hands-on experience in a contact centre environment, teaching you how to advise clients on healthcare benefits. Upon successful completion, you will receive an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor at NQF Level 5. You will receive a fixed monthly allowance throughout the 12-month programme.

Who Qualifies for This Learnership?

To be eligible for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an unemployed South African citizen.
  • Be between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Live within 30km of Bellville, Western Cape.
  • Have your own reliable transport to commute to work.
  • Not currently enrolled in any other full-time or part-time studies.
  • Not have completed this specific learnership programme before.

Matric Requirements

Successful applicants must have completed Grade 12 (Matric) with specific subject percentages:

  • A minimum of 40% for Mathematics OR a minimum of 60% for Mathematical Literacy.
  • A minimum of 50% for English AND a minimum of 50% for another South African language.
  • While not a mandatory requirement, computer literacy is considered an advantage.
